Project Background 👀
After the business users (UMKM & Brand user) making transaction in ICE website, they definitely want to be able to track the influencer’s progress. So, here’s the main goals of this project >> facilitate them the dashboard to track the progress of influencers related to their campaign.
Most the concept of this project is based on our internal ICE needs & stakeholders input, which cannot be shared more details here.
Note: The outputs here will only show a few of the designs and analysis due to the numerous things to tell.
Goals!
- Provide dashboard which consist of detail campaign, influencer’s progress history & several actions needed for brands.
My Role
- Define the problem, collaborate with PM to breakdowns the requirements, & translate the general concept to visual design.

The Problems🔥
Main Pain Points
- Business user used to reach out the influencer / the management manually about the progress
- No transparent & clear tracking history
- Scatter information about the progress update, moreover if the business user create a lot of campaign which involve many influencers with various services platform.
